My son is 10 and has some special needs. We made an appointment on Saturday at the Bee Cave location and I’m so happy we did! The office staff were super friendly and quickly helped us check in. Elton Hall was there and we are so GLAD he was! He did the initial screenings with my son and we were all laughing the whole time- he was very patient and encouraging when R can be a bit anxious for any appointment. They even made a secret handshake!
We saw Dr Jimmy who listened to my concerns patiently and thoroughly explained everything he saw and his recommendations. He was also very good with R! After the appointment we picked out glasses frames- their kid selection isn’t huge but he found several options he liked.
While we had been in our appointment, the front office staff even printed out history of glasses information for R since he had so many questions. They just went above and beyond to not only care for his eyes, but for him as a person too. Highly recommend Dr Jimmy and Saturday staff!
